Sava Wood makes three-layer oak parquet. Its capacity is enough for large project deliveries, not only for Serbia but for the wider region and abroad. So production was ready for serious buyers. The website was not. That is why it now runs on WordPress, is bilingual, and got indexed and started bringing inquiries within a short time.
A site Google could not see
The old site was written straight in code, with no content system behind it, and it was never finished. That meant there was no simple way to add a page or to maintain it, everything depended on someone who could touch the code. But the biggest problem was not even visible on the site, it was in search: with no SEO foundation at all, the site was effectively not indexed. For a manufacturer handling project deliveries at home and abroad, that is a quiet, expensive gap. A buyer looking for you, when you only exist if they already know the address, in practice does not find you.
What we did
We built a new site on WordPress, with a content system behind it, so pages can be added and changed without a developer. We made it bilingual, Serbian and English, because part of the client base comes from the region and from abroad. We set the SEO foundation from day one, not as an afterthought: a clean page structure, the technical settings, and content that search can read and put in its index. We also tuned speed, because even the best catalog is worth nothing if it does not open in time.
The result
The site got indexed quickly and started showing up in search, and the first inquiries came right behind it. Instead of an address you had to know in advance, Sava Wood now has a site that presents the company on its own and brings buyers in. The numbers below are from Google Search Console, for the last three months.
