A website for a gym that retains members

We've built sites with class booking and membership management.

People choose a person first, and only then a place
What does solve it is seeing who runs the session, what the first visit looks like, and what happens if they drop out after a month. So the site that shows the trainers, how the first session goes and the terms for pausing or cancelling gets the sign-up, while the site with a price list and a gallery gets a visit.
Does this sound familiar?
January and September carry you, and the rest of the year is a struggle.
Bookings go through Instagram DMs, and then get lost.
You don't know how many people renew after the first month.
The site doesn't show who the trainers are, only the studio's name.
People ask you what's already on the site, because they can't find it.
Your site has a price list and a gallery, and nothing else.
What we actually do for studios and gyms
Trainers with a name and a face.
What the first visit looks like.
Booking on the site, not in the DMs.
Pause and cancellation terms, out in the open.
Measuring renewals, not just sign-ups.

FAQ
Can bookings be handled on the site?
They can, including group classes, capacity limits, reminders and cancellations. Whether it’s built on the site or connected to a system you already use is decided at the start.
Do I also need membership payments through the site?
Not always. If memberships are paid on site and that works, adding online payment is a cost with nothing behind it. It makes sense for packages and for classes that get cancelled often.
When is the best time to build a new site?
Out of season, so not in December or August. The site should be ready and measured before the rush starts, because you don’t test during a rush.
How do I know how many people renew?
It’s measured, and it’s the only number that really tells you how the business is doing. It’s set up along with the site, as is tracking where people came from before they signed up.
Do you work with wellness centres and salons too, not just gyms?
Yes. The logic is the same: the decision is made on the person and on what the first visit looks like, and booking is the heart of the site.
