What we write about and why
This blog is not a place for industry news or for listing new plugin versions. We write about the questions that actually keep coming up in conversations with clients: what a website costs and what that price depends on, why someone's site is slow, when it makes sense to build a new one and when fixing the current one is enough, and what happens when a company outgrows the platform it started on.
We try to make every article useful even without us. If after reading it you can check something on your own site, or ask your current developer a better question, the article has done its job. That is why the texts carry concrete numbers, examples and steps, and no general advice along the lines of content should be high quality.
Topics mostly fall into a few groups: building and redesigning websites, online shops and WooCommerce, SEO and visibility in Google search, speed and maintenance, and choosing a platform. If you want to see how that looks on real projects, have a look at the portfolio. If you have a question that is not answered here, write to us, that is often how the next article starts.
