Every enquiry is answered by someone who would actually work on the job, not by a salesperson. We read what you wrote and look at your site if you already have one. If something is unclear we ask before giving any estimate, because an estimate without context is usually wrong.
In the reply you get a short summary of what we see as the main problem, what we would do and in what order, and a range for price and timing. If we conclude that what you are asking for is not what you actually need, we will say that too. Quite often fixing the current site is enough instead of building a new one.
To make that first reply useful, it helps if you write what you do, what the site should achieve, whether you already have one and what its address is, and by when you would like it finished. If you also have access to Google Search Console, say so, because that shows us fastest where people come from.
