An online store that measures where the buyer drops off

We build stores in WooCommerce, with no commission on turnover.

An abandoned cart isn't fixed at checkout
A buyer has five questions and won't ask you a single one: which model is right for them, when it arrives and what delivery costs, what happens if it doesn't suit them, whether this is a real company, and whether it's safe to pay by card. If the answer isn't exactly where the question comes up, they don't send a message, they close the page.
Does this sound familiar?
Carts fill up, but the orders don't follow.
The product descriptions are copied from the supplier, so they sit on ten other sites too.
You sell through Instagram DMs while the store just sits there.
A customer buys once and never comes back.
The store is slow, especially on a phone.
You don't know which product actually makes you money.
What we actually do for online stores
A product page that answers before the question is asked.
Categories by the buyer's logic, not the supplier's spreadsheet.
Descriptions that aren't copied.
Measurement step by step.
Checkout without a mandatory account.

When we're not the right team for you
The store is technically sound, it just doesn't sell.
The problem isn't the store, it's the offer and the price.

FAQ
Why WooCommerce and not a subscription platform?
Because with a platform the monthly amount grows with your turnover and a percentage comes off every order, for as long as you keep selling. Here you pay for the build, and the store stays yours.
What if I have thousands of products?
Then nothing is entered by hand. The catalogue is imported from the source you already maintain, and the work shifts to cleaning up the data and to the categories, because that’s what decides it.
Can I change prices and stock myself?
Yes, and that’s a condition of the job. Handover comes with recorded training for your team on the changes that come up most often.
Do I need a blog alongside the store?
Rarely at the start. Categories and product pages come first, because they’re what ranks. The blog comes later, once there’s something to link it to.
Can an existing store be migrated?
It can, including products, customers and orders. An audit comes first, because we don’t take over someone else’s store blind.
