ATP Sport sells supplements and sports equipment out of Novi Beograd. The stock and the customers were there, but the website was pulling it back. The old version was on PrestaShop, it was not even responsive, and products were piled in with no order. Today the store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, it is neatly arranged and opens well on a phone.
A PrestaShop that held the store back
The old site was on PrestaShop and was not responsive. Since most shopping today starts on a phone, that meant you were losing part of your customers before they even reached a product. The second problem was order, or the lack of it: the catalog was dumped in with no clear category structure, so a customer who knew exactly what they wanted still struggled to find it. And a customer who struggles usually goes to someone where they do not.
What we did
We redesigned the site and moved it to WordPress and WooCommerce, responsive, so it works just as well on a phone as on a desktop. First of all we fixed the categorization of the whole catalog, so every product has its place and takes a couple of clicks to reach. All the data from the old site, the products, the categories and the content, we moved to the new store without losing what was already there. What used to feel like a pile is now a store the customer can find their way through.

The result
The store now works as a proper webshop: it is easy to browse, it displays correctly on a phone, and its content is something search can read. On Google that is matched by steady growth in search traffic, the numbers below are for the last three months.
