I look at your site and write down what it is losing.
Send me your site’s address. I go through it as a customer, then the way Google sees it, and within three working days you get an email: three things the site is losing and the one fix I would start with.
It is free and there is no obligation. No call, no sales pitch. If you want to fix things yourself or with someone else, that is completely fine. The findings are yours.
This is the same diagnosis we do before every quote, just in writing and without the questionnaire.
Why free? Because it is the fastest way for you to see how we work, before you pay for anything.

Findings arrive by email within three working days. We don’t ask for your phone number.
What you get, and what you don’t
So it is clear before you send it.
01
Findings, two pages at most
An email or PDF in English, with every technical term explained. Each finding says how you can check it yourself.
02
No fixes, no offer
I don’t touch anything on your site and I don’t send an offer you did not ask for. If after the findings you want us to sort it out, just reply to the email.
03
No call
Everything is in writing. A week later I send one short email to ask whether it was clear, and that is it.
Already know what you need and want a proposal with a price? The questionnaire takes two minutes.
What I check
Four things, in the same order on every site. Each one says what I need from you at that point.
01
Enquiries
I fill in your form as a customer, on a phone, and check that the message actually arrives. Then whether the enquiry is measured anywhere, or you only learn about it when it lands in your inbox.
From you: nothing. I use my own address for the test and say in the message that it is a check.
02
Whether Google has your pages in its index at all, how fast the site opens on a phone, and whether something in the code is hiding you. For online shops, also what Merchant Center checks before your first product: company details, terms of purchase and delivery, the same price on the page and in the cart.
From you: nothing. Search Console access helps, but it is not required.
03
Ownership
How outdated WordPress and the plugins are, and what can be seen from outside about the domain and hosting. What cannot be seen, I ask you in the findings: who the domain is registered to and who has access.
From you: who the domain is registered to, if you know. If you don’t, that is a finding too.
04
The first fix
Not a list of twenty items. One thing I would start with if the site were mine, and why that one.
From you: five minutes to read it.
